The family event in Arrington immediately follows the champagne reception. Drinks will be served upon arrival, and the Wodehill Jazz Band will be playing their traditional jazz repertoire.

All guests should be seated by 5 pm, when the Indian buffet will be served. After dinner speeches will be given while we are at the table.

There then follows a program of music and dancing including a ceilidh band and the legendary Imperial College Big Band. There will also be outdoor games, a bar, and time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Kingston Wood Manor.

Toby and Helen will depart at 10:30, and the reception ends at 11:30.

It takes approximately 30 minutes to drive from central Cambridge to Arrington (see map below). If you plan to travel to Cambridge by public transport and would appreciate transport to the reception, please email Sophie Gaw at tobyandhelenwedding @gmail.com (without the space).

Please note: There won’t be high chairs available in the evening so please bring your own baby chairs or booster seats if needed.
